include path missing (getting started IDE in windows)

Hi, I am having an issue when following the getting started guide IDE. After following every step carefully when I get to the following step, it gives an error.

I have been looking for a fix online but no luck. I even deleted everything and retried the entire getting started process again but still get the same error. Any guidance or help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
