Board seem to not being detected.

Hi everyone! I was working on my Spresense dev board, it has a camera attached to it with a SD Card, main board mounted on top of the extension board. Everything was completely fine until few hours back when I started working back on the board, it is not being detected. I tried this command
$ ls /dev/tty*The usual output was
ttyUSB0if the board was successfully connected. I have tried changing the cables, all the cables are fine, also the blue LED is lit up on the board as usual and the 4 green LEDs blink as well as usual. What could go wrong? We're in middle of something really important and can't figure out where did we mess up.Thanks

Do you connect the cable to the main board or to the extension board micro USB port?
