ISX012 and ISX019 Datasheets

I am working on a driver for the ISX012 and ISX019 image sensors used by the Spresense cameras and struggling to find the datasheets for the image sensors with all the details required to create the driver. The only thing relevant I have so far found is the Spresense drivers found here.

I would like to do my own custom implementation of the driver, so I would appreciate to get hold of the actual datasheet. Does anyone know where to find it?

But I imagine that's not the info you need to create your own custom implementation of the driver. Unfortunately we currently don't have any SW documentation apart from our open source code.

Can you tell me why you need to create your own custom driver? Maybe if I know exactly what you're trying to do I can provide better support.

I am planning to use the camera with a different microcontroller than the one used in the Spresense board, so currently I am adapting the open-source driver to work with my microcontroller. It would be nice to have a proper datasheet for the image sensor as a reference instead of having to interpret the drivers. The image sensor may also have more functionality that is not exposed by the open-source driver which may be relevant for my use case.

Would it be possible to get the datasheet, or "Reference Manual" etc. for the image sensor if I contact Sony directly? Who should i contact?

The source code is the only available document at this moment.
