Latest Sony Phone with accessible UART Port?

Hi,
since your open devices provide (at least some of them) an accessible UART port.
Is it only the RX part of the connection or would i be able to interact with the system?
If yes, what is the latest Sony device with >= android 11 and accessible UART port?

so i got an older sony xperia where you provide the uart points, soldered it on and works but i only get the bootloader output. how can i make the uart output available in android? i want to build a custom kernel and set the uart output via cmdline parameter to connect to kgdb is uart exportet as a device in /dev/ or is there no driver support available?
