Perhaps is it 8MB spi flash?
and yes, can I access to this area from user program (via usb)?

My answer to myself
No, you can't.
nuttx.spk + loader.espk+gnssfw.espk files are really flashed to spi flash 8MB
(the 2nd half of it).
But it is closed from unauthorized access.
Process occurs after resetting and by UART commands in first loader mode
