Error xperia m5 hangs logo, screen freezes

I use xperia m5 but now my device has been using for about 1-2 months, then the logo hangs, the device suddenly turns off then the sony xperia logo keeps flashing continuously, even when holding the device, it only vibrates slightly. Continue The situation as above please tell me how to fix it.
