Where can I buy replacement like these in the US?
As well as the HIROSUGI AS-2003 PC-0203 standoffs and screws mentioned in the docs?

Hey!
For the first one you can search online for "pcb nylon mini spacers" and look for a 2mm one.
If you look for "Nylon Studded Fixing Spacer" you can find one with a little screw on the bottom.
Digikey has a section on "Nylon PCB Standoffs and Spacers" where you can find the standoffs.Let me know if you were able to find them.
