Xperia X driver device cannot start. (Code 10)

Hello,
I want to re-flash Sony Xperia X with Emma tool back to Android from Sailfish OS.
But after installation of the driver from here:
https://developer.sony.com/file/download/xperia-x-driver/
I get just the message from device manager:
Sony sa0114 ADB Interface Driver
Device cannot start. (Code 10)That means, when I connect the phone (hold down the Volume Down button on the device while connecting the USB cable and LED lights green), Emma tool does not show any device.
I have latest Windows 10 Home 22H2, and latest Emma tool installed.
Strange thing is, that I did it many times before in the past, but now the driver does not work.
Maybe the Windows is too new and the driver too old?Thanks for any help.
